Welcome to ClearHaven Service . Please read these Terms & Disclosures carefully. This page contains important legal information about our services, fees, limitations, and your rights as a client. By using our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these disclosures.


1. Non-Attorney Disclosure

ClearHaven Service is not a law firm. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.


Our services are limited to document preparation based on information provided by you. If you need legal advice, legal interpretation, or legal representation, you should consult with a licensed attorney.


2. Scope of Service

We provide document preparation services.

Typical services may include, but are not limited to:


  • Preparing Qualified Written Requests (QWRs)
     
  • Assembling Documents
     
  • Drafting demand letters
     
  • Preparing supporting documents for submission by the client
     

WE DO NOT:


  • Provide legal advice or opinions
     
  • Represent clients in court or administrative proceedings
     
  • Negotiate with lenders or third parties on your behalf
     
  • File documents for you or act as your agent
     

ClearHaven Service is not affiliated with any government agency, mortgage lender, or loan servicer.


3. No Guarantee of Results

 We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result regarding your loan, foreclosure prevention, mortgage relief, or any other application.
Final decisions are made by third parties such as lenders or government programs, not by ClearHaven Service. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. 


4. Fees, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

All fees are disclosed in writing before services begin. We typically charge flat fees for document preparation services.

Clients may cancel services within 2 business days of engagement for a full refund, provided document preparation has not yet begun.

Once document preparation has started, fees may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on work completed.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to  info@clearhavenservice.com  and will be reviewed promptly.

No additional or hidden fees will be charged beyond what is disclosed in your service agreement.


5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accuracy and timely preparation of your documents, clients are responsible for:

Providing complete and accurate information and documentation

Reviewing all prepared documents carefully before signing or submission

Submitting their own documents to the appropriate third parties

Following up with lenders, agencies, or relevant parties after documents are prepared

Our services begin only after the required information and payment have been received.


6. Advertising & Affiliation Disclosure

ClearHaven Service is not affiliated with the U.S. Government, any state agency, or your lender.

You may apply directly to your lender or through government programs at no cost.

We are a private, independent document preparation company.


7. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. All personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy coming
